Blood Orange Tart with Salted Caramel Sauce

Blood oranges have been appearing in Barcelona markets and I’ve become obsessed with finding as many delicious ways to use them as possible. Last week I made this absolutely gorgeous blood orange tart with salted caramel sauce

I got the recipe from Smitten Kitchen who in turn, adapted it from Zoe Nathan of Food and Wine Magazine. The original version has a flaky crust but I decided to make mine using puff pastry. Yum!
